Microblading is a form of permanent makeup (PMU) that creates fine, individual strokes to enhanced natural eyebrows with a microblade..

It’s perfect for client’s who want to define, darken , reshape, and/or who desire fuller eyebrows.

Technically, microblading is a form of eyebrow tattooing. However, unlike traditional body tattooing  which uses a machine, microblading artists apply each hair-stroke with a handheld microblade. This produces a very fine line that resembles real hair. Each individual hair-stroke is hand drawn by the artist and blended in with the client’s existing eyebrow hair. Individual results depend on the artist’s skill, and results can vary .Your brows will be gorgeous and natural looking.

Microblading typically takes 2 sessions to complete. There are some required pre-care and after-care instructions for you to follow. Your microblading should be completely healed in 30 days.

The 2^nd session (perfection session) is a touch up at least 30 days after the first session, but we prefer to do it in 6-8 weeks.  This allows enough time for the ink in the epidermis to naturally slough off, and the color to settle into your skin. In the touch up appointment, the artist can see how your skin has received the ink and make any necessary corrections.

Microbladed eyebrows last1-3 years for most people, before it usually needs a touch up. This can vary depending your life style and, what type of skin you have as well as how you take care of the treated area.

Most clients report from little to no pain. Many clients even fall asleep! Topical anesthetic is applied prior and during the procedure so the client can feel at ease while receiving the treatment. It is all depends on client’s pain tolerance and sensitivity.

Pain level from No pain 0 - 10 High pain

Eyebrow  2 - 3 (from 1 - 10)

Eyeliner   3 - 5 (from 1 - 10)

Lips         3 - 5 (from 1 - 10)

Hairline   3 - 4 (from 1 - 10)

The initial session will last approximately 2-3hours. The second session,(for perfecting),is different for each client. The second session can last anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours.

All procedures take approximately 2 weeks to fully heal, depending on skin type, health, and post care.

Eyebrow/Hairline
Your eyebrows/hair line will be darker for approximately 5 days after the procedure. You will be provided with repair cream that must be used to help the pigment stay and heal better. Do not get the area wet for the first 2-3 days following your procedure. Written instructions will be provided.

Approximately 4-10 days into the healing process, you will experience light scabbing and flaking/or exfoliating. Do not pick at the tattoo. Your results largely depend on your skin type, lifestyle, and after care. After your skin exfoliates, your tattoo may appear too light. You must wait about 4-6 weeks for the full color to show up. Your tattoo will get darker within this 4-6 weeks.

If you think you need more color or a fill in some spots, we can have a 2^nd session for perfecting.

Eyeliner
Your eyeline will be darker for approximately 5 days after the procedure. You will be provided with repair cream that must be used to help the pigment stay and heal better. Do not get the area wet for the first 2-3 days following your procedure. Written instructions will be provided.

Approximately 4-10 days into the healing process, you will experience light scabbing and flaking/or exfoliating. Do not pick at the tattoo. Your results largely depend on your skin type, lifestyle, and after care. After your skin exfoliates, your tattoo may appear too light. You must wait about 4-6 weeks for the full color to show up. Your tattoo will get darker within this 4-6 weeks.

Please note: Some people experience bruising and/or swelling after this procedure. It will go down in 2-5 days. Do not worry.

The eyeliner may appear too thick right after the procedure. It will thin out over the next two weeks of healing.

Lips
Your lips will be darker for approximately 5 days after the procedure. You will be provided with repair cream that must be used to help the pigment stay and heal better. Avoid getting the area wet for the first 2-3 days following your procedure. Written instructions will be provided.

Approximately 4-10 days into the healing process, you will experience light scabbing and flaking/or exfoliating. Do not pick at the tattoo. Your results largely depend on your skin type, lifestyle, and after care. After your skin exfoliates, your tattoo may appear too light. You must wait about 4-6 weeks for the full color to show up. Your tattoo will get darker within this 4-6 weeks.

It is highly recommended to talk to your doctor before this procedure to get a prescription to prevent cold sore.

Please Be Aware that the lip procedure has a high likelihood of triggering fever blisters ( cold sores ), (herpes simplex virus type 1), if you have ever had a cold sore, it is highly recommend to go talk to your doctor to get prescribed medication (such as Valtrex or Zovirax ). Further more you will need to take this medication for 3 days prior to your lip procedure, and for at least 3 days after to help prevent cold sore and/or reduce the healing time.

I offer a complimentary touch up between 6 – 8 weeks after your initial appointment till 6/30, 2021.

7/1, 2021 start charge$70 for 2^nd session, also called the Touch UP or (perfecting) session 

After that, the fee for an annual color boost is $150 and must be completed within 14 months from your initial session.

Microblading is not recommended for those with oily skin or large pores. If that’s you, you may want a shading or combination shading by machine technique.

Microblading can not be done on anyone under the age of 18 years, or anyone who is pregnant or nursing.

If you have diabetes, glaucoma, skin diseases such as Shingles, psoriasis or eczema on the area of treatment. (REQUIRES your treating Doctor’s medical consent.)

Taking blood thinner (such as aspirin)

Have allergies to makeup

Keloid disorder, HIV/Hepatitis, skin cancer, hemophilia, or if you’re taking skin medications like ro-accutane and steroids.

The pigments I use are of the highest quality and are pre-mixed to match every type of hair color.  I can mix in additional pigment colors to match each individual client.  Permablend (Tina Davis ), Li Pigments are hypo-allergenic, vegan friendly, and have great retention!

Brow Pigments are a blend of red, yellow, and blue which makes brown.  Yellow is the color that typically fades the fastest, which may leave brows more reddish or cool grey. Permablend, Li  Pigments compress the yellow ink so that it fades evenly with the other colors, to create the most natural finished result.

And when you come to have your procedure or consultation, I will customize the color to your eyebrow, hair and skin under tones.

1 Month Before:
No Botox or any fillers 4 weeks prior (This could change angle of your eyebrows)
No Facials (on procedure area ) for 2 weeks prior

The Day Before:
MOST IMPORTANTLY: TO PREVENT BLEEDING AND POOR COLOR DEPOSIT

24 HOURS BEFORE:
No Alcohol
No Excessive Sweating or working out
Not too much oil supplements

(After care instructions and kit) will provided after your procedure.

Post treatment care makes 50% of the total treatment success.  Conscientiously adhere to the given advice because if not, you can risk losing up to 80% of the drawn strokes.

At the end of your session, I will provide you with an after-care kit that has everything you need for the 7-10 days of healing. This may vary per skin type, but 10 days recommended for the best results.

Do Not

No sauna, swimming, direct sun exposure

Do not wash the area for 2 days

Do not touch with hand

Do not rub on the area for 2 weeks

No make- up on the area for 2 weeks

Do not drink alcohol for 5 days

Do not work out if you are going to sweat. (5 days)

Do

1. Keep moisture on area (drink water)
2. Use repair cream 3 times a day with Q-tips (3-5 days)

What to Expect

1. It will darken next 5 days and will exfoliate.
2. It might be a little itchy 5-10 days after.
3. Might bruise or be swollen (2-5 days) for eyeliner or lips
4. Can use ice covered with clean dry towel for eyeliner

(After care instructions and kit) will provided after your procedure.

It is critical to follow all aftercare instructions to prevent complications, scarring and achieve optimum result. Please read carefully. It will take approximately 6-8 weeks to fully heal and may require more than one session. Expect visible and desired results in 2 to 5 sessions, results vary by client.

1. Keep area clean and open to the air – do not touch with hand
2. Clean by blotting area with saline 3-4 times a day (kitchen towel or gauze) No ICE
3. Do not soak – No water on that area. If you get it wet, gently pat dry with kitchen towel or gauze.
4. No bathing, swimming, saunas, hot tubs, tanning, exercise NO EXCEPTIONS
5. DO NOT disrupt the scabbing process (no picking, no scratching, no rubbing) all scabbing needs to fall off naturally.
6. Once all scabbing has naturally fallen off – apply one drop Vitamin E oil 3-4 times throughout the day for a minimum of 4 weeks, or until the next session. DO NOT start applying the Vitamin E oil UNTIL all scabbing has naturally and completely fallen off itself.
7. LIPS please drink all liquids with straw until all scabbing has naturally fallen off. Brush your teeth with Toms of Maine or classic Crest (no whitening, no peroxide toothpastes, cut food into small bites, no biting into a sandwich)
8. After scabbing has naturally fallen off you will experience a pinkish skin tone. This pinkish skin tone will fade as your skin heals and will eventually fade back to your natural skin color. Please be patient with your results.

PMU is not an exact science. I am not using any stamp tool or computer to make shapes. Each client has their own unique facial structure. Therefore, I spend time measuring and drawing out your shape prior to each procedure, to ensure your new tattoo is as natural looking as possible. You will be involved in choosing your tattoo shape, color, and length, and width. You will acknowledge and approve your procedure before it is done.

Due to the fact that my approval is obtained prior to the final selection of shape, color, length, and width, I acknowledge I have given consent and my technician employs no refund policy.

• ARRIVE ON TIME. Please be courteous of others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. I understand unforeseen circumstances can happen, however it is important to allow enough time to properly perform each service 2-3 hours. In the event you are late to your appointment, I will only be able to work with you for the amount of time you have remaining for your appointment. This may result in you needing to schedule another session at your expense.

• SHAPING YOUR BROWS: To ensure you are satisfied with the service, I will carefully map out the shape of your eyebrows according to your unique facial features and bone structure before starting the procedure. You will have the opportunity to review and make any changes at this time. I will not be liable for any changes after you leave the studio.
